Its hard to believe its only 7:30pm here in lovely Cozumel. Lambeth and I got up this morning at 5:20am, threw on clothes, gathered our pre-packed bags, and caught a cab to Dulles Airport. 8 hours later we touched down here in Mexico (@ 11:45am to be exact). If that math seems hokie, its because we're in a different time-zone: 2 hours earlier than DC-time since Cozumel did the "fall back" thing earlier than the US.Is that confusing or what? We're already prepared to be confused for the trip back this Sunday, which is the US's DST day.

About 30 mins ago, Lambeth made a miraculous comeback in our first ever Scrabble competition... 215 to 218. On the last play of the game, she threw down "ODE" on a "triple palabra" square. What?? Neither of us had any scrabble pieces left. I have to say I'm proud of us... we did it with Scrabble for the spanish language. We used three Spanish letters that don't exist in the English alphabet to form the words "puRR" (Lambeth), "latCH" and "seLL" (Jamil).
